Ingredients:
2 slices Whole Grain or Sourdough Bread
1 tbsp. Hummus
Veggies of choice:

  • Cucumbers
  • Beets
  • Bell Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Banana Peppers
  • Lettuce
  • Pickled Jalapenos
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Red Onion
  • Avocado

Instructions:
1. Toast the bread, then spread a thin layer of hummus on each slice. Top with your favorite sliced vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper, and enjoy!
