Ingredients:
2 slices Whole Grain or Sourdough Bread
1 tbsp. Hummus
Veggies of choice:
- Cucumbers
- Beets
- Bell Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Banana Peppers
- Lettuce
- Pickled Jalapenos
- Kalamata Olives
- Red Onion
- Avocado
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread, then spread a thin layer of hummus on each slice. Top with your favorite sliced vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper, and enjoy!
