What soup flavors do you offer?
Are your soups Keto?
Two of our soups are keto-friendly, the ‘Red Pepper & Meatball’ and ‘Chicken & Mushroom’, check out their nutritional panels here or on their product pages. These are just our launch keto soups, and we are happily working away on new flavors to add to the keto lineup! Reach out if you have any flavors you would like to see :-)

How much soup is in each pouch?
All of our soups contain 12oz (340g) of deliciousness, this is a full serving of soup and fills an average size soup bowl!
Are your soups low calorie?
Our soups range in their calorific content… however, our lowest calorie soup is our Squash & Carrot at just 110 calories for the full 12oz pouch! Our highest calorie soup is the Meatball Minestrone at 350 calories per pouch, you get a thick and textured soup filled with meatballs, farro and kidney beans :-) You can find all of the product calorie and nutritional information here.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life varies slightly by flavor but you will have months of shelf-life when you receive the products, check the ‘Enjoy-By’ date printed on each pouch. All our items are designed to be single-serve portions so you probably don’t need much time to enjoy them! If you do open and not finish in one sitting, then please store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Before being opened, you can store without refrigeration but please keep at room temperature. If the pouch is punctured or otherwise damaged please do not use.
What are natural flavors?
Our natural flavors are a mixture of ingredients that only come from things found in nature, like spices, fruits, and herbs. Like all of our ingredients, our natural flavors don’t contain any artificial colors or preservatives. Most Proper Good items contain no added flavorings at all, but on a few of our items we add a natural flavor to make things even tastier while avoiding adding extra carbs or sugar. Even on items that have natural flavors there are less than 1% natural flavors.
Can I recycle Proper Good packaging?
You can easily recycle the box, envelopes, flyers and cardboard product topper. The pouch itself is not widely recyclable in most local areas. However, we include a pre-paid return envelope with each shipment so you can send your pouches back to us for recycling, for full details please check out our recycling page here.
How do I heat the products?
You have 3 easy options to heat up Proper Good soups:
- Microwave - remove the card topper, tear off the top of the pouch and microwave on high for 90 seconds. You’re good to eat direct from the pouch or pour into a bowl/cup of your choice. Be careful as the pouch will be hot to touch.
- Stove Top - empty the tasty contents into a pan and heat on medium until bubbling hot, stirring occasionally.
- Boil-in-Bag - Remove the card-topper then submerge the sealed pouch into boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove pouch, tear or cut open then eat directly from the pouch or pour into a bowl/cup of your choice. Be careful as the pouch will be hot to touch.
Are the products organic?
We’ve chosen to stick with very clean ingredients we can all understand and pronounce while avoiding anything that sounds like a science experiment. Our items include high quality and delicious ingredients such as bone broth, coconut milk, chicken breast, meatballs and spices including turmeric, paprika and rosemary. We’ve chosen to not go organic certified today as the cost increase to you, the consumer, is considerable, but we’re exploring whether people would enjoy this option so please contact us and let us know if organic would be of interest to you.
What type of fats are in Proper Good?
This varies by item, for example with our vegan Squash & Carrot soup all the fats come from Coconut Milk, made from medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) - do some googling to see the benefits of coconut fats, but here’s one article to get you started: https://www.livestrong.com/article/409614-the-health-benefits-of-coconut-milk/
In the Keto items, we use a mixture of Coconut Oil and Heavy Cream to get a thick and delicious flavor with the necessary fat content for keto. Please see all the nutritional info here, we’ve made every effort to ensure Proper Good items are delicious, nutritious and filling while being acceptable to most food lifestyles - this includes low-calorie options, high protein options, and low carb options, but please check the nutritional profiles are right for you.

We DO NOT process Shellfish or Peanuts in our facility.
How do Your Gift Cards work?
To get someone a lovely gift card just head to our gift card page here. Choose your gift card value and proceed to the checkout as you would with any product. You will be prompted to enter the recipients email address and an optional note from you. They will receive a gift card email from us with a redemption code and the note that you wrote, they can use this code to purchase any items on our website :-)
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is just one item! Simply add your soup to the cart and checkout :-)

You can find your order number by:
- Looking at the ‘confirmation email’ sent to you with your order summary.
- By logging into your account.
- By clicking on the chat window in the bottom right of the screen and clicking 'Get My Order Status' and then simply enter your email.

The easiest way to cancel or change is to reach out via the chat window on the bottom right of the screen, and include the word 'cancel or change' in your message.

We offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders above $30, once your cart value is over $30 your shipping will automatically update to $0. You can also unlock a free shipping coupon by joining our Souperhero Club for free, find out the details here.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an ‘order shipped’ email with tracking information. If you have any issues please click on the chat window at the bottom right of the screen and click the button that says 'Get My Order Status' and enter your email address.

Uh oh! We are so sorry, let’s get this sorted out asap! Please snap a photo of your damaged items and packaging and send, along with your ORDER NUMBER, to our lovely people in customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get on this immediately :-)
My order didn’t arrive, what do I do?
It must have looked so good someone took it! Please know we will not rest until we find this delicious package :-) Please send your ORDER NUMBER to our lovely customer service team by emailing them at email@example.com and we will get on it!
