Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
1 head broccoli, cut in florets
1 8oz package softened cream cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Method
1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add cauliflower and broccoli florets. Boil for 4-5 minutes, until softened a bit. Remove from water.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, Proper Good Broccoli Cheddar Soup and softened cream cheese in a casserole dish. Stir well to combine. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Cook for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Enjoy!
