Great By Itself or As a Recipe Starter

  11/04/25

This soup is great as a standalone meal or as a recipe starter. I added cooked chicken to make it heartier and boost the protein. It turned out great.

  Very spicy very filling

  10/09/24

this is verging on a bit too spicy for me, but i added some sour cream and it was very good. it has so many ingredients that it feels more like a chile than a soup. very filling if you like heat this would be a good option. easy to throw in the microwave hearty meal

Thanks for the feedback, Pat! Sounds like you found a great way to balance the spice with sour cream. 😊 Glad to hear it was hearty and filling!

This soup has a great jerk flavor but is not overpowering in its spiciness. It is great as a stand-alone meal or as part of a combination with rice or a sandwich.
