(Vegan) Sweet or Savory Pancakes

2 1/2 cups Quick Oats, pulsed in food processor until flour-like texture
1 2/3 cup Water
2 ripe Bananas, mashed
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
1. Simply mix all ingredients together to make the pancake batter. Using 1/4 cup batter per pancake, cook over medium heat until fluffy and lightly golden brown on each side. Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings!
