Vegan Chili Breakfast Burrito

A super fast, super tasty vegan burrito that will keep you full and happy!

Serves 2-4
Ingredients
1 pouch Proper Good Southwest Chili
1 pouch Proper Good Quinoa & Brown Rice Blend
1 avocado, sliced or mashed
2-4 tortilla wraps
Method
1. Tear the top off the Southwest Chili and Quinoa Brown Rice pouches and heat as per the label instructions.
2. Smush (is that even a real word?) the avocado onto on side of the tortilla, layer on some Southwest Chili and Quinoa Brown Rice blend.
3. Roll up your burrito and enjoy! For a bit of crunchiness we like to sear the burrito in a pan with a little bit of olive oil - try it! We think you'll like it :-)
