Salmon & Quinoa Wraps

The perfect lunch wrap, full of grain, fish and creamy avocado!

Serves 4-6
1 pouch Proper Good Brown Rice and Quinoa
4-6 tortilla wraps
8 oz smoked salmon
1 avocado, cut in slices
1 cup arugula or mixed greens 
1. Warm 1 pouch of Proper Good Brown Rice and Quinoa.
2. Lay out tortilla wrap. Top with brown rice and quinoa, flaked smoked salmon, a few avocado slices and a handful of arugula or mixed greens.
3. Roll up wrap and enjoy.
