Meatless Baked Ziti Recipe Vegan Plant based - Eat Proper Good

    In order to make this meatless baked ziti, you will need to have the following ingredients. These are: 

    • 1 package of noodles, cooked according to directions on package
    • 1 jar of your favorite vegan tomato sauce
    • 2 Tbl oil
    • 1/4 c sliced mushrooms
    • 1/4 c diced bell peppers
    • 1/4 c diced onion
    • 1/2 c chopped spinach
    • 1 c shredded vegan mozzarella cheese

    You will also need the following kitchen tools to make this: 

    • Baking dish (we recommend a 9 x 13 for the ingredient proportions)
    • Foil (enough to cover said dish) 
    • Large or medium bowl 
    • Skillet 
    • Large pot 
    • Oven 

      Procedure and Cooking Directions 

      Follow these steps to make your meatless ziti: 

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
      2. Boil noodles according to package directions and set aside.
      3. In a large pan over medium high heat, add oil and vegetables. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
