Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
2 cups cooked quinoa
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
2. Toss cooked quinoa, Proper Good squash soup, shredded carrots and raisins together and place in baking dish.
3. Cook for 15 minutes or until warmed throughout.
4. Remove from oven and top with green onions.
5. Serve warm.
