Vegan Breakfast Oatmeal

A tasty plant-based oatmeal recipe made with fresh vegetables and vegan cheese!

1 pouch Proper Good Plain Oatmeal
2 Tbl oil
1/4 c onion, diced
1/4 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 c bell peppers, diced
Sprinkle vegan shredded cheese
1. Warm Proper Good Plain Oatmeal in a microwave or small pot on the stovetop.
2. In a pan over medium high heat, add oil and vegetables. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. 
3. Pour vegetables over warm oatmeal. Top with a sprinkle of your favorite vegan shredded cheese.
