Grilled Steak Shish Kabobs

Veggies meet steak meet Proper Good Spicy Seasoning! These Kabobs are full of flavor, and spice up dinner any night of the week. 
GRILLED STEAK SHISH KABOBS - Eat Proper Good

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Serves 4-6
Ingredients

1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c avocado oil
3 Tbl apple cider vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbl honey
1 tsp Proper Good Spicy Seasoning
1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut in large chunks
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in large chunks
2 large zucchini, cut in large chunks
1 red onion, cut in large chunks
1 red pepper, cut in large chunks
Method

1. Combine soy sauce, avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, honey and Proper Good Proper Spicy Seasoning in a large bowl. Stir well.
2. Add sirloin steak and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, longer if time allows.
3. Using metal skewers, add all remaining ingredients, rotating to fill the skewer completely.
4. Grill over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side, or until steak and vegetables are cooked to your desired amount.
