3 Tbs butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 lbs raw shrimp
2 Tbs fresh parsley
1. Melt Butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and saute until golden brown.
2. Add Proper Good Chicken Bone Broth, lemon juice and zest and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Top with fresh parsley.
4. Serve over your favorite noodles.
