A velvety bone broth based sauce over delicious Salmon!

Ingredients
4 6oz salmon fillets
3 Tbs butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbs coconut or almond flour
1 pouch Proper Good Chicken Bone Broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 Tbs fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a large saute pan over medium high heat, melt 1 Tbs butter. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.
2. Remove salmon from pan and add remaining 2 Tbs butter. Saute garlic until golden brown. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds before adding the Proper Good bone broth and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 2-4 minutes. Add lemon zest and juice.
3. Return salmon into the pan with the sauce. Coat salmon with sauce. Top with fresh dill.
