A light and refreshing ramen, made with colorful veggies and a beef bone broth base!

1 pouch Beef Bone Broth
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c mirin
2 Tbl sesame oil
2 Tbl brown sugar (if you like it a little sweet)
1 package ramen noodle
3-4 soft boiled eggs
1-2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 carrot, matchstick cut
2-3 radishes, thinly sliced
1. Combine Beef Bone Broth, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
2. Boil ramen noodles, according to the package and then chill.
3. Place chilled noodles in a serving bowl, top with broth mixture and add toppings. Serve.
