1/2 Cup - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Herbs de Provence - to taste
Salt - to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place parchment paper on two baking trays.
Mix the Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese together, so an even mix throughout.
Layout cheese mounds, approximately 2" in diameter, on each baking tray. Spacing the cheese mounds a couple of inches apart, so that as the cheese melts and expands they do not overlap and form one big cheese chip - unless you want that :-)
Sprinkle a little Herbs de Provence and Salt on top of each mound if you fancy some extra flavor!
Bake at 400°F until golden brown, this usually takes about 7 minutes, but keep an eye on them!
Slide the parchment paper off of the baking trays, this will allow the cheese chips to cool faster. Once cool you should be able to easily remove the cheese chips from the parchment.
They are ready to eat! Grab a chip and dive into your soup!
TOP TIP: The cheese melts evenly so when you create mounds you get circles, if you create long lines you get long cheese chips and so on. So you can easily make your cheese chips in different shapes! Have fun with it!
