A delicious rice dish featuring fruity pineapple flavors sautéed in Beef Bone Broth.

1 8oz can crushed pineapple or 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped
2 pouches Beef Bone Broth
2 cups white rice
3 tbs sesame oil
2 eggs, beaten
1-2 carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbs soy sauce
1. In saucepan over medium high heat, combine 1/2 can or cup of pineapple, Proper Good Bone Broth and rice. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
2. In a large saute pan or wok over medium heat, warm 1 tbs sesame oil. Add beaten egg and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove egg from pan.
3. Add remaining sesame oil, carrots and red pepper to the pan. Saute for 4-5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
4. Add cooked rice, eggs, green onions and soy sauce to the pan. Combine with remaining 1/2 can or cup of pineapple. Combine well and warm.
