Pho with Beef Bone Broth

2 Pouches Beef Bone Broth
1 inch fresh ginger, zested
1 clove garlic, zested
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 package rice noodles
2 Tbs sesame oil
Vegetables of your choice - mushrooms, broccoli, bok choy, bean sprouts, etc
Toppings of your choice - cilantro, jalapeno, red pepper flakes, etc
1. In medium pot, warm 2 pouches of Beef Bone Broth. Add zested ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rice noodles and cook according to directions listed on package.
3. In saute pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and vegetables of your choice. Cook until softened.
4. Add seasoned broth, noodles, vegetables and toppings of your choice.
