Moroccan Chicken Skewers

Perfectly seasoned chicken marinated in bone broth and served with a delicious herb dip!

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs, cut in small pieces, marinated 4-6 hours
Marinade for chicken
1 pouch Proper Good Chicken Bone Broth
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbs cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
Herb sauce
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs fresh mint, finely chopped
2 Tbs fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 lemon juiced
1Tbs honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden skewers
Method
1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bag or bowl. Add chicken and marinade for 4-6 hours.
2. Mix ingredients for herb sauce and refrigerate.
3. Soak wooden skewers in water for an hour. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers. Cook over a medium high grill or on a grill rack in an oven at 400 degrees. 
4. Serve with herb sauce.
