KETO TAQUITOS - Eat Proper Good

Serves 2-4
Ingredients
3 cups shredded cheese
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine shredded chicken and seasonings.
2. In large saute pan over medium high heat, create flat circles of shredded cheese. Allow cheese to melt and once it turns brown around the edges, fill with seasoned chicken.
3. Remove from heat and roll into taquito shape. 
4. Serve with Proper Good soup of your choice, or dip in keto ketchup - our favorite is Guy Gone Keto Ketchup! Enjoy!
