8 slices Rye or Sourdough Bread
8 slices Swiss Cheese
16 slices Pastrami, thin slices
1/2 - 3/4 cup Sauerkraut, drained
1/4th small Red Onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. Butter
1. Thinly butter each slice of bread on one side, then lay that side face-down. 
2. Layer the insides with two slices of cheese, a generous scooping of sauerkraut, four pastrami slices, and the thinly sliced red onion. 
3. Top each sandwich with the other bread slice, so that the buttered sides are on the outside. 
4. Grill over medium high heat, turning once, until both sides are golden brown and crispy to your liking. Enjoy warm!
