All of Proper Good's meals are great for on-the-go, but what about when you're out and about and need something for your sweet tooth? Well, these golden brown, honeyed pancakes are the perfect sweet treat for outdoor cooking.

Cooking Info  Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 20 mins Servings: 4 Ingredients 1 1/4 cup Milk 1 cup Cornmeal, finely ground 1 cup All Purpose Flour 1/2 ripe Banana, mashed 2 Eggs, whisked 2 tbsp. Honey, or Maple Syrup 1 tbsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 1/8 tsp. Salt Instructions 1. If making ahead, whisk together all dry ingredients (cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) to store in an air-tight sealable bag.  2. To keep them fluffy, only whisk together the dry mix with the eggs, mashed banana, milk, and honey when ready to cook.  3. Once the batter is prepared, heat up your griddle over medium heat. Add 1-2 tbsp. olive oil or butter to your griddle and spread along the surface right before adding the batter. 4. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle, then cook until the top has bubbles, and the sides look slightly brown. Flip over to cook an addition 2-3 minutes. Enjoy warm with your favorite pancake toppings!
