A tasty twist on pad thai, easy to make and seriously comforting.

1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs chili garlic sauce
1 package rice noodles
1 c bean sprouts
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 lime, juiced
Handful fresh cilantro, chopped
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add Proper Good Butternut Squash Soup, peanut butter, sesame oil and chili garlic sauce. Combine well and bring to a simmer.
2. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling water, cook rice noodles according to directions on package.
3. Add cooked rice noodles to the saucepan. Also add bean sprouts, green onions, chopped peanuts and lime juice.
4. Mix well and top with fresh cilantro.
