1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp cumin
2 tbs oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend well.
2. Serve with chips, veggie sticks or pita bread.
