Add a little boost to your veggies with this simple and easy bone broth based dish!

Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes 
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
4 turnips, cut in chunks
2 beets, peeled and cut in chunks
2 fennel bulbs, sliced
4 gold potatoes, cut in chunks
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs fresh rosemary, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a baking pan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Roast for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.
3. Serve straight from the oven!
