Bok Choy perfection to accompany your soup!Serves: 4 Sides
1 Tbsp - Olive Oil
5 cloves - Garlic
2 large - Shallots
2 pounds - Baby Bok Choy
2 tbsp - Soy Sauce
1 tsp - Sesame Oil
Add the Olive Oil to a large pan over medium to high heat.
Finely chop or mince the Garlic and Shallots, add to pan and stir for a few minutes, your kitchen will start to smell amazing at this point.
Quarter the Bok Choy.
Add the Bok Choy, Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil to the pan.
Stir the ingredients to cover the Bok Choy in the tasty oils, Garlic and Shallots.
Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook for longer if you want it more crispy.
Serve with your favorite soup! We loved it with our Chicken & Mushroom Soup!
TOP TIP: Cut the Bok Choy before serving, it makes eating it with your soup much easier and more pleasurable :-) However, it's not as easy to take nice photos of! That's why we didn't cut it for the photo. Cheeky we know. Enjoy!
