Cooking Info

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 20 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients

8 Bread Slices, best with semi-stale bread
1 cup Milk of choice
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Honey, or Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Fresh Blueberries
Honeycrisp Apple or Yellow Peach, chopped
Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. If making ahead, simply add the mixture to an air-tight container to keep cold until ready to cook.
2. Make the large foil packet to lay in the bread slices. Fold and crimp up the edges to create a barrier, then evenly pour over the milk mixture.
3. Add in the fresh blueberries and chopped apples or peaches, cover with a tin foil lid, then place on the grill to cook for 5 minutes. Remove the lid covering and cook an additional 5-7 minutes, or until your liking. Enjoy warm with your favorite sweetener!
