These Chicken Foil Packets can be cooked on the grill or the campfire! They're protein packed and filled with veggies and fresh pineapple.

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut in 1" pieces
1 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Zucchini, chopped (optional)
1 small Red Onion, chopped
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Cut 8 rectangular sheets of heavy-duty aluminum, placing two sheets on top of each other, then fold up the edges to create a bowl-like shape.
3. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until well combined, then distribute evenly among the foil packets. Seal the edges together, then cook on the grill, in the oven at 375F, or in the campfire until fully cooked, or chicken's internal temperature reaches 165F. Enjoy warm!
