Ingredients
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt, any flavor
1 tsp. Maple Syrup, if using plain yogurt
1/2 cup Muesli, or granola3
1/4 cup Red Grapes, halved
1/2 Apple, finely chopped
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the plain yogurt and maple syrup.
2. Layer the mason jar with half of the yogurt, then half of the red grapes and chopped apples. Repeat with a second layer. For the top layer, add in the muesli or granola (this will help it not to soften).
3. Keep cold until ready to eat. Best eaten within 1-2 days.
