Before we jump into the FAQ's we just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being such a rockstar in the Proper Good Club and for actively participating in our Ambassador program. We know that Brandbassador (the platform that hosts our ambassador program) is awesome but can sometimes be a bit confusing, so we've gone ahead and put together a blog post that addresses some common questions we've received from our current Ambassadors, just like you!
In this blog, you'll find answers to burning questions like: "Why isn't my Freebie Code working?", "How can I create a discount code?", and "What's up with the ambassador app not letting me submit a mission?"

Why isn’t my Freebie Code Working?
The code is valid for all Proper Good products. Please make sure you're placing a one-time order instead of a monthly subscription order. The "Subscribe and Save 20%" toggle button towards the top of the screen needs to be deselected.

How do I create a discount code?
To create your discount code please see the mission titled "Create your discount code."
The ambassador app is not letting me submit the mission, why not?
The app rarely has a glitch of this kind, and usually a mission is not able to submit due to keywords omissions and spelling errors. Please make sure you've included the required keywords and spelled them correctly. There is a difference between “meals” and “meal”. If it still doesn't work, send us a screenshot and we'll figure out what's going on :-)
Something came up, can I have more time to complete the mission?
We'd be happy to give you an extension on your deadline. Send us a message in Brandbassador and we'll get it taken care of, no problem!
Can I share my content as an Instagram story or does it need to be an in-feed post?
It depends on the mission. Some of our Instagram missions require a permanent feed post and others require a story. If you need any clarification please send us a message and we'd be happy to assist.
