How to Make Halloween Pumpkin Stuffed Peppers
1. Heat the Oven
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Carve the Peppers
Cut the tops off the orange bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes inside. Use a small knife to carve fun or spooky jack-o’-lantern faces on the front of each pepper—get creative with scary, silly, or traditional pumpkin designs!
3. Stuff the Peppers
We used creamy Proper Good Chicken Alfredo Pasta to stuff our peppers and it was Fantastic! After you stuff them, add a heaping pile of your favorite cheese. Although this step is optional, we highly recommend!!
4. Bake
Poor 1 1/2 cups of water to the bottom of your baking pan. Place them in the oven uncovered. It only takes 10-15 minutes but you can leave it in longer if you prefer crispier cheese!
Note: The water added to the baking pan helps the peppers soften from the steam.
Get ready to impress your guests or family with this spooky and scrumptious meal. Halloween Pumpkin Stuffed Peppers with Proper Good Chicken Alfredo Pasta are sure to become a new Halloween favorite!
