Ingredients

Method

Boil the Eggs:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer the
eggs
for 15 minutes.
Cool the Eggs:

Remove the eggs from the hot water and place them in a
cold water bath
until completely cooled.
Peel and Prepare:

Once cooled, peel the eggs.
Stand each egg upright, with the smaller, pointed end facing up.
Cut the egg in half horizontally
about halfway up from the base. This ensures your little devils have even edges and a
rounded bottom
. Adjust the cut if needed to fully remove the yolk.
Scoop Out Yolks:

Remove the cooked egg yolks and place them all in a bowl.
If needed, trim a small flat base on the bottom of each egg white to keep them standing upright on the serving plate.
Make the Filling:

Mash the egg yolks with a fork and add the
mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper
. Mix until smooth.
Fill the Eggs:

Add the smooth yolk mixture to a
piping bag
and pipe the filling into the egg whites, creating a
tall crown
on each egg.
Decorate with Horns:

Cut the
red bell pepper
or
chili pepper tips
into small horn shapes. Place
two horns
on each egg to give them their devilish look.
Add a Spicy Finish:

Sprinkle
