An easy to make stir fry with our Chicken & Mushroom Soup.

Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 large carrot, cut julienne
1 green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1/2 white onion, cut in thin strips
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, zested
2 large zucchini, spiralized
2 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs oyster sauce
Method
1. In large saute pan over medium high heat, add oil and carrot, bell peppers, onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 3-5 minutes to soften vegetables.
2. Once vegetables have softened, add zucchini noodles, Proper Good Chicken & Mushroom Soup, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
3. Cook until sauce has warmed. Serve immediately.
