The perfect partner for making Overnight Oats - just pour in the packet and add the liquid of your choice. Then screw the lid on, give it a shake and pop in the fridge. Fully prepped meal in 60-seconds, then place in the fridge and let time do it's magic, soak your oats overnight or for a minimum of four hours! It's the perfect serving size - 6oz for overnight oats + liquid of your choice!
