Our best-ever garlic bread is the perfect pairing for our Proper Good Soups and Pastas! Crispy on the outside, soft, buttery, and garlicky on the inside!

Ingredients
- 1 small baguette
- 1 head of garlic
- 4 Tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the head of garlic in half and drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil and place in a small ramekin.
- Place in the oven and roast for 25 minutes.
- Cut the baguette lengthwise and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove the baguette and roasted garlic from the oven.
- Combine roasted garlic with melted butter and spread on the warm baguette.
- Top with dried parsley.
This garlic bread is perfect for dipping in all of our Proper Good heat & eat meals, but we particularly love it with our French Onion Soup, Creamy Chicken Soup, and all of our pastas!
