Ingredients:
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 2-3 oz cream cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method:
  1. Assemble the Sandwich:

    Spread cream cheese on slices of bread. Top with provolone, sharp cheddar, and cooked bacon.
  2. Grill the Sandwich:

    Butter the outside of the bread and place in a medium-high pan. Cook until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
