1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Dairy-Free Milk, like coconut milk or oat milk
1 tbsp. Almond Butter
1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Honeycrisp Apples, chopped
1 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
Instructions:
1. Add the rolled oats, dairy-free milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thickening, about 4-5 minutes.
